《門檻》，又名《革命者》，是19世紀俄國批判現實主義作家伊凡·謝爾蓋耶維奇·屠格涅夫寫的散文詩。 該詩是在女革命家薇拉·扎蘇里奇行刺彼得堡行政長官特烈波夫的背景下寫出的，在扎蘇里奇犧牲四個月後，作家把多年來俄羅斯婦女英勇獻身的高貴品質在他心中積聚的印象，結合維拉·扎蘇里奇這一生動的例項，用《門檻》中這個姑娘體現出來。屠格涅夫似乎把每個人都帶到了這座令人顫慄的“門檻”前，來聆聽那近乎嚴酷考驗式的問詢。

門檻是馬克思主義地理學的重要概念之一。在馬克思主義地理學中，資本城市化理論認為城市的本質是社會制度下的人造環境。資本主義條件下，城市是資本本身發展需要建立一種適應其生產目的的人文物質景觀的後果。 對於門檻這一概念，中心地理論是其基礎。如果以中心地為半徑，也可得到一個圓形的互補區域，它表示維持某一級中心地存在所必需的最小腹地， 亦稱之為需求門檻（Threshold）距離，即最低必需銷售距離。
