在安裝iTunes的時候，有些小夥伴發現安裝失敗，提示指定的賬戶已存在，這要怎麼解決呢？現在就為大家簡單介紹一下
方法/步驟
出現這個問題是因為原先電腦安裝過iTunes，在卸載的時候沒有卸載完全，所以需要將iTunes安裝時一起安裝的組件完全卸載
打開電腦的控制面板，找到【卸載程序】
找到“Bonjour, Apple應用程序支持(32位),iTunes , Apple應用程序支持(64位), Apple software Update , Apple Mobile Device Support”這幾個軟件，右擊卸載
接著嘗試安裝iTunes，如果還是安裝不了，將iTunes安裝包的後綴名改成【.rar】,右擊解壓
解壓後，找到Apple software Update，雙擊進行安裝，然後進行更新
要是還是無法解決，需要到註冊表中刪除iTunes相關內容，按windows+R打開【運行】，輸入【regedit】
點擊上方的【計算機】
然後按Ctrl+F，勾選【全字匹配】，搜索iTunes、AppleSoftwareUpdate（沒有空格）、Apple Software Update（有空格），每個項目都刪除到提示“註冊表搜索完畢”
最後，找到下面的文件夾，刪除即可
C:\Program Files\Bonjour
C:\Program Files\apple
C:\Program Files\iPod
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple
C:\Program Files\Program Files (x86)\Bonjour
C:\Program Files\Program Files (x86)\apple
C:\Program Files\Program Files (x86)\iPod
C:\Program Files\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple
