這個糖藕是我的心頭寶。囤啊囤啊的。
說起它還真是獲得了各種好評。
做出來之後給麻麻帶了便當去上班
回來跟我反應說辦公室阿姨都說好好吃啊。
還有馬上開我部落格找做法的。結果沒找到。
咳。咳。我懶我還愛囤照片這種事情我會告訴你們嗎。
不過。迫於群眾壓力以及本著辦公室阿姨必須討好的原則。
還是早點整理出來吧。
紅糖和糯米的功效不必多說了吧。
女同學們都懂的~
不過。這裡用紅糖倒不完全是因為考慮到營養層面
還有就是:蘇式糖藕用紅糖才夠正

【糖糯米藕】
材料:蓮藕2段,圓糯米
調味料:冰糖,紅糖
藕洗淨削皮,切去一端的頂部
(切下來的厚度大概在1釐米。可以像個蓋子一樣)
從切口處塞入糯米。每塞一把就用筷子捅一下。直到填滿
(也不需要壓得太瓷實。因為糯米煮熟會膨脹的)
把切下來的那一端蓋回去。插上牙籤固定放入小鍋中加水沒過藕節
加入冰糖(用量如圖)。為了上色好看
加入紅糖(如果沒記錯我加了大概很滿很滿的3大勺)煮開後轉小火煮1個小時。放置過夜
第二天再看。上色明顯比剛煮好的時候深了很多。再煮開將湯汁收濃放涼後取出切片擺盤。淋入收濃的湯汁。即可
