SciTE指令碼編輯器，在很多網站上下載後，都是英文版，沒有漢化的，其實特別簡單。

首先執行SciTE指令碼編輯器exe
把下面的程式複製到SciTE窗口裡

儲存為locale.properties放到SciTE目錄
然後點選執行，就是漢化了，是不是很簡單
注意事項
一定名字寫全locale.properties
一定要儲存在放到SciTE目錄，SciTE不用安裝，直接執行exe程式就可以了
